Well I went out, with a headache x.x
First up was the mall, it had a crap ton of stuff in it. Just about anything you’d want with electronics: games, movies, music and computers.
Didn’t buy anything, but it did make me realize that the computers truly aren’t as god-like as I’d been expecting. I guess Amoroso’s ‘Japan is the land of milk and honey’ talk get to me. Lol
After that I walked around a bit more, just kinda-sorta looking for the mall he must have been talking about since that one didn’t have any places to eat, which is something he was just gushing about.
So if you translate Amoroso-talk about Japan, it translates out to ‘they have a Starbucks and McDonalds.’
So after a bit I just said forget it and went to Lawson’s (another combi). I just don’t feel like the things I was passing by. So I just got a piece of bread (with cream corn in the middle. Wtf?), a 3-pack of cold croquettes and some Royal Milk Tea.
That’s right, like it so much that it deserves caps! :3
Hm.. the photos I took on the phone in the mall sure came out crappy :\ I mean, the camera says it’s a 3.2 megapixel.. and it’s taking pictures like my first-gen Razor.. I’ll check the settings.

Ah… that’s weird. You have to pick ‘camera mode’ instead of ‘message mode’. Oh well, I’ll go retake the pictures of the stuff next time. Now my head hurts too much and I’m just gonna lay down for a bit.
I know it seems like to all you guys that I’m just wasting my time and I should go out more and ‘see the sights and stuff!’… but honestly I’m just kinda blah. I mean, I’ve been here enough that I’m not surprised or amazed at anything. That and it’s only really fun if you’re with other peoplez, and I don’t know where they all are lol
Most of them are probably at the castle, which I’ll go see during the three-day break, so I’m not in any rush to go see this stuff. I mean hell, we’ve got most nights free so you can go shopping anytime. Oh yeah, thinking about it, the castle closes at 5, and everyone but like 2-3 people (me included) aren’t going to Kyoto and Hiroshima with those 3 days. I’m just gonna hang around here and explore.
Arg! What a paradox. I want to take a certain someone here and have fun wandering around.. but I don’t really wanna hang around these guys as they go bumbling around in a massive group that screams AMERICAN TOURISTS.
Hm.. that sounds like a song..

Woke up around 3 and almost went out to be a nightcrawler.. but then chose to just wait until the free days.
Ended up not going out at all last night. My headache just got worse and worse until every little movement would give me shooting pains on the right side of my head and eye. Oh and my goddamn nose won’t stop running. Future advice, when traveling to japan, bring your own tissues. The ones here are about a half-ply and the size of your palm. One blow and it’s done.. grr (toilet paper’s the same).
Right now roomie’s in the shower first and I’ll take one right after, then head downstairs to ‘mingle’ with the peoples. That and save myself a damned seat XD
Yesterday I left to take a shower and came back to find almost every seat in the place taken. So that was annoying.. but it was okay too in that I sat with a pair of Japanese women and just listened in and could get the jist of what they were saying :3
So! Today we’re heading off to Denso, which makes a whol…
wait… no.. today we’re going to a university. I don’t remember which one, but three guys are going to present one of the group ones (ya know, the ones that the one guy never shared with any of us so we could get the feel of them..) and a project. So far I know that our group’s is not one of the ones being presented with the projects.
Still annoys me about the whole thing :\
